Kayleah Cooper
Kayleah Cooper is the National Clinical Training Manager for Jiraffe. She provides extensive support to our UK children, customers, product advisors and clinicians. She can be found all over the UK providing informative and educational presentations and workshops about all things postural care related! 
Kayleah regularly delivers seminars at Kidz to Adultz exhibitions such as her upcoming presentation at Kidz to Adultz North,
Before moving into to the medical equipment industry, Kayleah qualified as a physiotherapist. She has 11 years’ experience in supporting families with 24-hour postural care.

Kieran Murphy
Kieran Murphy is our Clinical Partnerships Manager. He partners with clinicians worldwide, staying keenly aware of advancements in the field to provide clinical insight for product innovation with our design team. One of our core values is to always be supportive, and to share our knowledge and expertise. Kieran epitomises these values! He provides engaging and informative postural care education to clinicians, distributors and the children and carers who use our products. He has genuine interest in clinical research and supporting postural care product validity, and he works closely with clinicians and families to communicate the holistic benefits of our equipment.
Kieran works a paediatric physiotherapist alongside his role at Jenx, in the NHS and in a private capacity, and is passionate about providing fun, empathetic and inclusive care to all his patients.
Melissa Tally
Melissa ‘Missy’ Tally oversees the United States sales and distribution of complex rehabilitation equipment brands. She focuses on support for Adaptive Imports’ national team of independent sales representatives, customers, assistive technology professionals (ATPs), clinicians and referral sources. 
Missy also delivers continuing education modules, supports large exhibition events, educational conferences and regional equipment expos.
Missy received her Master of Physical Therapy in 1998 from the University of Kentucky. She spent the first 24-years of her career at the Cincinnati Children’s Perlman Centre, a multi-disciplinary therapy program that includes an assistive technology evaluation centre for patients with complex neuro-motor diagnoses, where she was lead therapist and clinical coordinator.
She has extensive experience, as a certified ATP, with early intervention, including a multi-disciplinary group therapy approach and evidence-based practice Assistive Technology program, consulting with clinical and medical teams and collaborating closely with equipment suppliers and manufacturers to ensure proper access to complex rehab technology, advocacy and justification.
She was key in implementing a 24-hour positioning plan of care program that focuses on a detailed assessment of the use of adapted equipment to enhance the life of patients and families in all environments and throughout every stage of life. She has presented at the local, academic and national levels and been an author on various topics related to early intervention, complex rehab equipment, evidence-based practice and advocacy.
Jamie Cockle
Jamie is the paediatric clinical educator for Medifab, one of the largest importers and manufacturers of paediatric Assistive Technology (AT) in Australia and New Zealand. Upon graduating from his Physiotherapy BSc, Jamie immediately specialised in paediatrics, spending the early part of his career working in acute hospital settings within the NHS in England and Wales. During this time, he developed a passion for Neurological disability and rehabilitation, working closely with children and their families throughout their hospital journey and beyond. 
Today, Jamie supports clinicians across Australia and New Zealand to develop their knowledge and skills, delivering a range of paediatric focussed clinical education in a variety of settings. He is passionate about AT and what it offers for children by ensuring that no matter of their impairment, they have opportunities to be well supported as they grow and develop. Jamie aims to build confidence and assist all stakeholders he works with to get the best from AT, supporting children to be active and participate in what’s important to them and their family.
Luis Santos
Luis has a degree in Physiotherapy from the Escola Superior de Tecnologia da Saúde do Porto (2016), with a final project in the area of paediatrics entitled “Immediate Effects of Horse Riding for Therapeutic Purposes on Postural Control of the Trunk associated with the Reach Movement (distant target) in Children with Neuromotor Changes ”. 
Luis carried out internships in different and reputable health units, namely: Paediatric neurology at the Cerebral Palsy Port; Thoracic surgery at Hospital de São João and Cardiorespiratory rehabilitation at the UCC of Leça da Palmeira. He now works as a Seating and Mobility Specialist at Rehapoint in Portugal, with a special interest in paediatrics. He is an experienced clinical educator and skilled therapist who supports healthcare professionals, caregivers and children throughout Portugal.
Hannah Spink
Hannah has worked with children for over 20 years. Since qualifying, Hannah has only worked with children; in six special schools, an outpatient clinic and an inpatient children’s ward. She finished her NHS career as a lead consultant physiotherapist for children with complex disabilities, before starting Bumble Bee Physio in February 2019. Hannah has developed a passion for Rett Syndrome and has treated over 40 children, and looks forward to running a physiotherapy clinic at the Rett UK conference early this year. She has a strong interest in contractures, deformities and scoliosis, and preventing these with active movement from an early age.
Catherine Jenkins
Lastly, but most importantly is Catherine Jenkins – our co-founder! 
Catherine is the epitome of a therapist who always provides holistic therapy for her patients, as well as always striving to further her own skills. In 12 years working as a physiotherapist in Sheffield, Catherine progressed from a rotational therapist to a Senior 1 paediatric physiotherapist, supporting the lives of thousands of patients with her compassionate care.
In 1982, the perfect example of her holistic approach was demonstrated when she created a standing frame for a child with idiopathic dystrophy. It was the first of its kind, utilising her skills as a physiotherapist and the engineering skills of her husband to create a truly supportive and individualised device that helped the child stand safely for the first time. This was when Jenx Ltd was born. They rest they say, is history. Read the Jenx story here.
Catherine is an inspirational therapist whose work has had a profound effect on the physiotherapy profession. She has used her knowledge of childhood disability to drive innovation in design throughout Jenx’s 40-year history. At the heart of the company ethos is her passion for finding practical solutions to therapeutic needs and everyday challenges.
We are also delighted to announce Catherine is due to receive a Distinguished Service Award by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy in recognition of her incredible work in paediatric physiotherapy.
